Our little guy, Jackson David Goldsberry, arrived May 4, 2008 at 3:29pm weighing 6lbs 3oz and at 19inches long. He arrived almost two weeks early, and I couldn't have been happier! I had a pretty smooth pregnancy with just a few little bumps along the way but those last four weeks were pretty tough. Jackson's delivery went well even considering my past heart defect and surgery. After the epidural, it was smooth sailing. Thank goodness for anesthesia! Now, after what seemed like an eternity, Jackson is here and we are loving every minute of him! He is now almost 12weeks old and is smiling and laughing more everyday. I can't believe how he has grown already- over 12lbs now! He is a very good sleeper and only wakes up once during the night to nurse then right back to sleep. He knows when it is night time, and mommy and daddy are very happy about that! I am back to work at Nationwide Children's Hospital and, while it was tough and remains to be so every morning when I have to leave, it's gotten a little easier- especially with David and Jack's pictures pasted all around my desk! We'll keep you posted with pictures- I go a little crazy with the camera!
